Painting A Fan Shroud?

I want to freshen up the look of my fan shroud and thinking of masking off the Chrysler Logo and Part Number so that they remain visible. Any other practices that would yield better results?

There's a primer for plastic, I think Krylon is what I've used, that would help adhesion.
