Found a Book any good?

I found this book at  a swap meet this weekend is it any good,accurate,is it a good guide?
Title is Challenger&Barracuda Restoration Guide Put out by MotorBooks  Workshop
Published in 1998

If so, it has some good reading but from what I remember it has a few inaccuracies here and there.  I don't know if I would call it a restoration guide vs a history of these cars.  Definately can use it for info for a resto though.  :2cents:
1972 Dodge Challenger Rallye 340, AT, Code TB3=Super Blue, SBD=8/17/1971.  Yes, a Rallye without the fender louvers from the factory because of the body side molding option.
