I agree with Steve.  Any of the "help wanted" threads have always had plenty of healthy debate, usually revolving around the strength's, budgets and experiences of each poster.  Not sure what response you're looking for, but suffice to say you'll get a very open discussion and plenty of insightful options from the group.
