Fellin proud
« on: November 26, 2010 - 07:18:39 AM »
Just felt like sharing some of my joy and pride. My one grandson a junior in HS was selected as an all district defensive line backer. He had a great year this past season leading his team in tackes, something like 60 solo and 90 combined, had a few sacks and a couple INT, one ran back (30 yards) for a TD. Sure would be nice to get some recognition for him from the state athelic ass. ? Just a junior but ya never know.  :2thumbs:

Also last Tuesday we became grandparents AGAIN, # 9 .............. A little girl, Eva Louise, she weighed 7# 3oz. and was 21" long. Shiny black hair and a smile always when she is awake. Looks like she will be our last grandbaby  :dunno: hey, those 4 kids of ours need another hobby.  :roflsmiley:  :roflsmiley:

You don't get those kind of stats without a ton of hard work, I can see why you're proud of him and his accomplishments!

Also, congrats on your grand daughter!!!  She sounds beautiful!

Congratulations on your grandson's achievements and your latest grand daughter, No. 9 great going even though you probably had nothing to do with it.   :smilielol:
I only have 2 kids and have 4 grand sons & 2 grand daughters and it looks like that may be the last, they are a real blessing but the best part is you can give them back if you want too.

 Thanks all for the compliments. Nate is a quiet hard working tough nut  :roflsmiley: But so are his two brothers, they compete in most all sports, into wrestling now. Last year Zach the oldest and a senior this year qualified for the state tounament in his weight class. He didn't win but represented his school well. The family are all sport nuts, Jeff my son went to collenge on a baseball scholorship and Theresa their mother got some college tuition paid through cross country, she still runs marathons even after three boys and working full time. They are on the go all the time.  :roflsmiley: I'm super proud of all of them.  :2thumbs:
