Quick question. Are new radios (single slot anyways) the same dimensions as the old radios that came with the car? I am looking to do the radio in my car this summer and want to keep a factory radio in the regular spot and build a box and put a new radio in the glovebox. However, there is a newer (still like 11 years old) radio where the stock radio should be. Long story short I want to make certain that the prior owner didnt cut the dash to fit in a new style radio or something?
