Dave, may the loss of your father bring you peace instead of sadness, in knowing that so many other people were touched by his giving spirit.  I truly hope that you and your family will draw strength from knowing this.

Thanks again to everyone. We held his services last night and the church was packed with people whom my father had helped out and mentored through AA/NA. They had nothing but kind words about him and relayed several stories of how my dad would give them his last dime even if it meant him going hungry. I found out several good things about the man I never knew about and I'm very glad I did.

I am so sorry to hear that my father in law was 54 and died same way itwas after helping neighbor snow blow the driveway.I know how ruff it is.
