I just undo the caster strut & the lower control arm pin & pry the arm & T bar back as one unit assuming you have loosened he adjuster & removed the lock clip

Would you happen to have a link to Neil's tips?

I went looking for them before I posted that but I couldn't find them. As i recall (and don't let this screw anything up), I think it was all pretty much common sense for pulling the retaining clip, removing the pin bolt, etc, and then he had me put a huge honking wrench between the LCA and the k frame and just pry it back until the torsion bar popped out the back of the cross member.
