Installing Header/headlight panel '72-'74 Challenger
« on: April 03, 2011 - 09:31:18 PM »
I'm installing the header planel on my '73 Challenger and it's difficult to get the speed nuts on to the pointed studs located above the headlights surround.  Does anyone have any tips they care to share how they were able to accomplishing this.

TIA

If I'm understanding you correctly the pointed studs are locating pins and do not get a nut.

Whew.....  We'll that's good to know.

I wondered if that's what they are since they are nearly impossible to access once the header panel is installed.

Thanks.
