Any pictures of front fender bracket/bolts

Any body have a picture(s) of how the front fender bolts to the bracket at the rear of the fender by the door hinge? I guess I forgot to take one of that and I can not remember what bolt or stud was used there and what it looks like. The top of the bracket the  hole is a big square, I just can not picture how that was before I took it apart a few years ago.

I did not take a picture of the bolt when it was together.
There is a stud that has a nut on it.  The stud has some thread interuptions(lack of better word) that go into a welded nut inside of the fender. 

Hope this helps.  If you can't find any pics of the nut and threaded stud, I can get one tomorrow evening for you.

Thanks what I need now is to see hoe the other end of the bracket to fender bolt or stud looks like.

Here is the picture of the washer nut, the washer and the stud.
Unfortunately, the stud came out of the fender.
