I'm not selling this but was wondering if it was wotrh the 8k and how much money do you think is left to get it done?
For sale is my 1970 Plymouth Barracuda, "Cuda" clone project car, a roller. This is a very early Los Angeles built car, that has its original blue and yellow restored CA license plates, 140 CVJ on current non-op status, VIN # BH23G0E102948, This was a 318 w/ a column shift torqueflight auto trans, power steering, burnt orange metallic with a white interior and a bench seat. The motor and trans are gone, the whole car was bead blasted by Myers sandblasting in East Oakland, and is presently in primer. Installed already is an 8 3/4 rear end with 3.23 gearsets and new Monroe gas shocks. I have many, many parts to go with this project, starting with a reconditioned ralley dash instrument set, a brand new repop Cuda dash pad, brand new repop grill and headlite rings set, a brand new in box organasol rear wing, cuda rear vallance and exhaust tips. R & L side mirrors NIB, Needs Goodmark panels to be supplied and installed. and some rust repair! I have the stock and ralley hoods, with the stock and modified scoops, and and extra pair of hood hinges, buyer would have a choice of a 727 Touqueflight automatic, or a four speed trans. from a '68 Roadrunner, a black set of "440" hockey stick body stripes. Did I mention that there is a brand new repop set of Vintique Mopar ralley wheels with trim rings and center caps? Much time and money have gone into this project acquiring parts, but now I need to sell this. asking 8k. OBO I am sure that I forgot to mention several items. http://sfbay.craigslist.org/eby/cto/2307502786.htmlI talked to the guy and got some more pics there is rott on the firewall and roof that needs to be repaired. It is hard to tell from the pics but the trunk and both quarters have been cut out. It seems like it got sandblasted and then the owner realized it was too much work.
