I bought a NOS grille from Moparts member JEJJ a couple of years ago for $950.  He did not want to ship it but I made a box and sent it to him and he did ship it from New York.

He has quite a few NOS parts and had another grille for sale for $1,000 a couple of months ago - you may want to check with him as I noticed he recently began posting in the parts for sale section on this site.

I hope someone starts making them soon at reasonable cost I could do with one!

I doubt they will every come out with a correct piece.  Just the size of the injection mold needed to be made would cost tens of thousands and the market would never support a profit IMO.

On the other hand, some have tried making repops from resin but they never hold up in the sun.

I think someone should make a fairly decent grille out of carbon fiber for $100 each.  I would buy two.
