My son and I are really fired up about getting the 1973 340 4 speed Cuda running, we built a sweet motor bored .060 over, 2.020 intake edlebrock rpm performer alum. heads, performer high rise intake and cam, brake system all new, "my son"
he learned a lot on that system, fuel tank R&R new sender and we coated it.
My son just turned 16 and I told him if he sticks with the restoration I hand him the keys, he will own it.

Welcome!

That is a very nice jester you are offering your son.  Most 16 year old don't even know what a Cuda is much less owning and driving one.

Welcome! I remember being 16 with a stick and a 4bbl V8 and the results didn't please my Dad. May I suggest pulling a couple of plug wires off or a wee piece of 2X2 under the gas pedal.  :burnout:
