Rear suspension

I have a question, I have a 71 cuda with a built 340. I plan on running the car at the track and running it on the street, I'm looking to update the rear in the near future. I know alot of people go with the superstock springs and pinion snubber, I also heard of another leaf spring made by Tri city (I think that was the name). I was thinking of going with a ladder bar and coil over setup but i'm not sure of how the car will be on the street. My reason for asking is I'm looking for a way to allow the rear to squat down during a launch, Not jump up like the SS springs do, but so far no one has been able to tell me if there is a spring that will allow it do that.

the adjustable pinion snubber will lift the back, cause it hits the floor pan then pushs up.

 The whole point is not to have the back squat !!
If it squats it is unloading the rear tires & will spin , if it jumps up it is from pushing the tires down.

I was talking too a guy at englishtown about the rear suspension set up and he was telling me that the old theory of forcing the tires away from the body to plant them on the track was a good and still a good theory. (bottom line it works) but he was saying that if  you could get the car to give a little it would allow for better weight transfer, this would allow most of the weight of the car to be applied to the rear wheels. He also mentioned that there is a company Calvert racing that has a nice set up, I will probalbly look into it as well. The guy I was talking too was running a 1970 440 cuda running 9.95 in the quarter, but his car was fully tubbed and narrowed.
