Get hold of a reproduction factory service manual on ebay or such.. Worth their weight in gold. For OEM used parts I have had very good service from Steve's muscle cars.
http://www.stevesparts.com/ He had all the nit-pic parts I needed, the parts were in good to excellent condition depending on what your looking for, he answered questions with knowledge and provided copies of factory diagrams when needed. When I was really stuck (like you putting the doors back together) and got NO answers from the forum, Steve would have an answer and sent me photos of the parts (assembled doors, etc) and documentation to back it up. Just plain old fashioned good service and a square deal.
