does the rear seat in a 70 Cahllenger have any foam padding added ? or is it just the seat cover on the springs.

It has padding, though not that much.

Who sells the foam or is it just standard seat foam? I have seen it for the front but not the rear.

I'd call Legendary, if anyone has it, they will.
But you could probably just use standard foam, that's what the guy who did mine used.

Called Legendary and no one makes a pre fab foam for the rear. It is standard 1 1/2 seat foam.

I know no matter what there isn't enough foam over the transmission hump :)
