340 Stroker Crank in a 318???
«

I have a Stroker crank and some 273 rods that were in a 340, will they work in my old 318? The 340 was a 1971 motor, the 318 is a 1970 motor.
Thanks!

no reason I can think of , the bore is different but very little else I know of so it has the same sized mains , the rods work , just need a different bore piston

Be sure to share your engine build here if you decide to go this route. If I verify that the 318 in my 73 is original, I'm going to be inclined to leave it in there and just hop it up.
