Anyone go Thursday?

We plan on getting to Carlisle sometime Thursday but we are trying to decide how early to get there....

The official event starts on Friday, but we can get in Thursday I am pretty sure, right?  We got up there at the end of the day thursday last year...we set up our popup tent and such and left.   thinking of getting there early this year to get a jump on stuff if we can....

Is anyone selling stuff etc on Thursday or is it purely for vendor setup etc?

What stuff were you hoping to get a jump on?  I mean there might be a few folks doing the same - setting up tents and such.  But I suspect that for the most part it'll be a ghost town.

A lot of the vendors get there Wed. or earlier.  If you walk around with cash on Thursday, nobody will turn it down.

That was my thought.  Get a jump on parts-looking.

I spent so much time last year looking at parts friday and most of saturday i wasnt in the mood for much else....would like to do a little more car-looking and such this year.

I go Thursday every year arriving around noon.  Vendors are always selling on Thursday.
