73 Challenger 383 help

 Hi every one I am new to the forum and I need a little help.I am about to look and may be buy a 73 Challanger the advert says it has a 383 block bored 30 over with Keith Black pistons  Magnum Heads and a MOPAR 557 solid cam stainless valves and a crank grind,topped of with six pack Carbs.I don't know what stall convertor is in it,also states the oil ways are opend up!!,my question to you Guy's is would this be a strong  engine and what sort of horse power would it put out,it also has Hedders with auto box does not state the  rear end Thank's for any replys.

I would expect it to make approx 250 RWhp , 450 gross
 I am not a fan of the KB cast pistons , the .557 cam is a decent cam but older technology .
Any engine is subject to the builder , I have seen some engines with minimal parts that would be expected to make low power make  lot of power & I have seen some engines with all the good parts do very poorly .
the engine should eb a strong reliable build .

Thanks for your reply, that seems okay it's got a little bit of grunt in it.I can allways do something with it later if need be.
