Valve Train Ticking

On my new to me 340, I pulled off the valve covers to check out a valve train tick. I was hoping it was just a lifter that hadn't pumped up.  Pulled the rockers and ran a straight edge across the top of the valve stems.  Found that some are measurably higher than others.  One had been "fixed" by putting a longer pushrod in with a hole in the middle (possibly magnum pushrod?).  Will the hollow pushrod cause any problems, like oil pressure issues?  How can I measure and get the correct pushrods for each cylinder?  Where can I get the pushrods, or do I just need to buy adjustable rocker arms?

the machinist didn't do there job right , obviously the seats had to be cut deeper to save them but they didn't correct the valve length , the lowest ones are probably correct , the high ones are the problem ,.
Smith Bros in Bend Oregon make the best pushrods but making 16 different lenght ones would be a pain !
Adjustable rockers may be the best solution , the hollow pushrod will not cause a problem

Thanks for the pushrod info.  I bought some of the 273 adjustable iron rockers, shafts and pushrods on ebay.  Think this is a good remedy?  I've been wanting to pull the heads to port them anyway, but not this soon, lol.

If the machinist did that bad of a job on the part you can see, then who knows if the valves were ground correctly or the seats.
It might be a good idea to pull the heads and have them done right. Probably a better idea to fix it right now
instead of trying to fix it and still having a problem later.
If I cant fix it, it's broke
