Any members near Elizabethtown, Kentucky, who could look at a 'Cuda?

I've actually been talking to this seller - he's got a '73 'Cuda with a 440 (.30 over) and a nice list of goodies installed.  I'm not crazy about the wheels, the fiberglass hood, or the velour seat covers, but all of those are easily changeable without spending a fortune...

He keeps lowering his price and I'm thinking it's time to make a deal.  Just wondering if someone could go look at it and check the body and frame rails for any rust issues...
