they feel very good, no way to compare them to the originals...and they fit well, after lowering them. I am 6' and am short legged so I am fairly long on the top half. I guess there is about two inches, or a bit more, from the top of my head to the headliner. They might be about an inch taller in the middle of the seat, but, when I sit down, I doubt there is that much difference from the stock.
I think they are pretty close to the lowest position, but, I forgot to check after bolting them in-still have to wire them up to power other than temporarily when I was doing the install.
