door cloth fix (non-mopar)
« on: August 06, 2011 - 01:17:16 PM »
what is the best adhesive to use to fix this?  any tips on how to tuck the fabric in?  it is only held in place around the perimeter...nothing is glued down in the center of the cloth.

I would see if that insert is removable , might have to take the door panel off if it doesn't snap out,and try to repair it from the backside,,might not even need glue if you can get it apart,,if not try some spray type adhesive and stretch it down flat and let it set up good and  use a small tool to wedge it back down in the seam

I agree. 3M makes a great spray adhesive.  Good luck.   :2thumbs:

"usraptr" = United States raptor - bird of prey = United States Bald Eagle.  FYI, somebody else thought of it first so I had to drop the "O" in raptor.
