So I finally go my 3 row Champion radiator and went to install it today and it doesn't fit! The slots in the bottom of the mounting brackets aren't anywhere near the bolt holes in the support. Also--but the lower priority issue--the fan shroud will need to be trimmed to clear the bottom radiator outlet. Maybe this was dumb of me, but I thought these bolted right into the car without too many issues. I don't feel like grinding the mounting slots to match the bolt holes. It would be a lot of grinding.

Update--they sent me another one and that didn't fit either. Bolt holes not in the right spots and would require drilling completely new holes to get it to work--would not look right in my opinion. Sent it back and Gary gave me a refund. Not his fault--more a Champion cooling engineering issue. Looking at a Wizard Cooling aluminum unit now..they sent me a .PDF drawing with all the measurements and it matches my stock one perfectly. Very easy to contact and good customer service in answering all of my questions.

my radiator was not a perfect fit too. we had to mod the front valace to allow it to bolt in. I also got a dual stage control unit to activate the fans. it works great, but it continues to run while the car is off to a point where it kills the battery. what can or should i do to stop this from happening? i like the cooling fans, but don't want them to kill my battery everytime.

It's really odd that the 4 row and 2 row are bolt in direct fits and yet we have guys with the 3 row that are not fitting.
