2010 challenger stereo problem
« on: September 20, 2011 - 08:19:34 PM »
Has anyone had a problem downloading and itouch ipod onto the hard drive of the stereo in the new challenger. I connected my itouch to the usb port on the front of the stereo and pushed the buttons to copy the files and it says there are no files to copy. I have over 1000 songs on my itouch. So I hooked it up to another itouch, one that was just used in the same manner, and it says the same thing. Any help would be great.

I had the same problem. I did this just to get some songs on for now until I figure out how to get the ipod itself to load.   Use a usb flash drive to upload the songs to the car stereo.  Download your songs from your PC in Libaries > music > itunes > itunes music onto a flashdrive.  Only problem is they comes up as albums by artist, not playlists.

If you own .mp3 files and put them on a stick they will copy.
