Spybots lurking at night here?

Late at night on Thanksgiving, and I see about 20 guests looking at a thread, Hank Aaron is still king.

I'm suspecting a ton of spybots lurking for any info to grab onto.
Is it possible to eradicate them from peering onto here?

it could be search engines.  we still get spammers in here, but im usually pretty good about eliminating them before they can do anything.  i get emails sent to my phone when someone registers and im able to check them out right away.  some people do slip through.  as for people just reading?  not sure theres much i can do about that aside from shutting down guest viewing which would not be a good idea.  im staying vigilent on this though
