Challenger Goodmark R/T hood and full rear quarter fit issues

So the car has been done for over a year, and been driving it around and taking pictures of the car.  What was acceptable at the time now seems like I should warn others.

Goodmark R/T hood:
The Goodmark hood is 1/4 inch wider than the OEM hood.  That means the top of the front fenders are further apart...which means the TOP of the doors are further apart too.  I kept the rear of the doors flush at the striker/body contour, but with the top of the doors "out" this put the rear bottom of the doors "in".  The drivers door is worse than the passenger side.   I tried to split the difference with panel "flushness" by flush here and there, and "in" at other places, but the lack of true smooth fit shows up in some of the photos I took, if the sunlight is at certain angles.  The leading edge chrome strip for the hood looks too short, but it is the correct length, just the hood is too wide.
Goodmark full rear quarter panel:
The Goodmark full rear quarter panels are "longer" than the AMD, so when aligning the rear edge of the trunklid there is too much gap at the forward edge of the trunk between the trunk lid and dutchman panel.  The AMD full rear quarter was the correct length to fit the trunk lid.  I have one of each on the car so comparison was right there.  There were pros and cons to each quarter panel.  I'm just pointing out the trunk lid gap issue.

I was curious myself Phil and have an AMD deck lid and both full 1/4's. The dutchman is oem and where mother Mopar put it, and the AMD deck fits the hole well across at the dutchman and meets dead nuts flush at the 1/4 ends. I'm finding that I have to walk the end flange on the dutchman in about an 1/8" to get a nice 1/4-5/16" gap at the dutchman,/deck/1/4 corner, though. I'm fussier than the cowboys who initially built it, with their 7/16-1/2" gaps.

As long as it's close enough for them to get away and being almost and that they get their money.

I'm finding that I have to walk the end flange on the dutchman in about an 1/8" to get a nice 1/4-5/16" gap at the dutchman,/deck/1/4 corner, though. I'm fussier than the cowboys who initially built it, with their 7/16-1/2" gaps. 

I had to work the ends of the dutchman a little too;  that part of the fit looks great.
