    I think it may be the same one as the one sold on Shakerhood.com.

    I bought that one and it worked well.
    However the ring wasn't as good as I expected.

    I just finished my second shaker hood conversion,each one had issues.Be prepared to spend 30 to 40 hours  to get it right.
