Garage piping help

Hey guys,
I'm thinking of getting one of the two kits and would like your opinions. I know they are both pricey. I have copper now and I don't want to use PVC, gal pipe or black pipe. Your thoughts on these two products is appreciated. If you know of another quick connect system I would be interested in that as well. I will be using 3/4" tubing. Thanks
Kit - M7500

Were moving and I wanted something quicker. I'd rather be working on the cars.

IMO... those are slick looking systems but I would think too many places for a potential leak? Welding sparks burning holes though.... age make plastic brittle?.... impacts ?
The K.I.S.S. method might come into play? copper pipe is pretty durable. easy to repair/install?
