Grec, I am glad you found a pic.  I looked for a couple of hours today and could not find them.  When I look for something else, I'll end up finding them.  If I find a stap I will get a pic of how it goes together.  I had bunches of them.  I sold several consoles with them  a couple of years ago.  I have seen these exact straps at a marine supply stop.  Chrysler may have got them from their marine division.

Mine showed up today.  Despite having to use a money order, the turn around time was pretty quick.  A little less than a week.  I took some pictures just in case anyone is interested/wants to replicate them.  I would think it'd be pretty easy to make your own.

Hmmmm    I'm still confused.    My '74 is a Rallye and has "stiff" belts next to the console (they have a "sleeve" around them that is "rubber-like) that keeps them wherever you want -- no fishing for them -- they stay right there between the seat and console.   Are these loops (for which I can find no evidence in mine) for non-Rallye cars?

The seat belts are in a solid housing, which is attached to the seat at the bottom.  This allows the belt to travel in an arc from the floor between the seat and the tunnel all the way into the back seat.

The loop is designed to restrict this arc so the belt doesn't get all the way to the floor (where it's a pain to reach).

My car is a 74 Rallye, and it clearly has the mounting holes.
