Weatherstripping!
« on: November 09, 2011 - 02:02:10 PM »
I'ved search before asking, but found mostly old post.
So which compagnie have the best fitting weatherstrip kit for our E-body?

Metro
Metro (gold serie??) I'ved seen that somewhere
Softseal
AA1
Steelerubber
??? others

I bought metro seal for my Buick Grand National two years ago, and I found them hard. The sponge was dense, so I had to slam my door and didn't sealed the on joint of the A pillar/top to glass.

Any feedback would be appreciated.

I haven't bought any new weatherstripping yet aside from some window felts/whiskers/whatever you call them.  I got some Top Cat Whiskers and they were a perfect fit.
Awesome sauce...

I'm happy with the Metro roof rail weatherstripping I bought earlier this year at Mopars in the Park . Went in easy and fit well.
