« on: November 05, 2011 - 10:39:37 PM »
What is the best way to raise the rear on a 70 cuda?  I am not to familiar with suspension and not sure which route is the best to take?  Looking to raise about 1 1/2 inches.

the best way period is to arc the leafs or add a leaf or two to raise the rear , air shocks etc just pound out the upper shock mount , longer shackles just push the longer rear 1/2 of the spring down with no real change in height

If your springs are old you can always have new ones made with a change in the arch to raise the rear end. This is the route I went on all 3 of my e-body cars.
