Wow, I did not realize they were playing with electrics that far back.
No surprise it still hasn't really caught on.
That second one, Let's just call it plain Ugly.

Electric cars were actually around in the 1890s. They were popular for women because they were much easier to start than the manual starters of the day. Eventually cheaper gas prices spelled the doom of electrics....

And limited range, and poor recharging characteristics.
I don't think the 024 was a Chrysler project. I think someody bought a bunch of bodies and put electric motors in them.
