Windshield gasket wanted
« on: December 18, 2011 - 07:38:03 PM »
Hey guys
 :england: Merry xmas.
I wonder if any of you guys can help an English mopar nut?
I am after new windshield and rear window gaskets for my 70 Challenger, but can't seem to find them anywhere. Anyone seen them? Have tried Yearone, Jacks and a few others

Also just bought an Indy small block crate engine and need some pulleys. I hav been advised to junk my V pulleys in favour of March style as they are less likely to throw. Motor is 415ci 520HP 500ft lb. Anyone know where I can approach for a conversion kit? and also could I use my existing fan and shroud

Thanks in advance. Neil

There are no gaskets. It's butyl tape you buy from a body shop supply.
I think you can order March serpentine kits from Jegs and Summit, maybe others.
If I cant fix it, it's broke

Thanks Andy for that. I guess I have been around chargers too long :)

Will also look at Jegs and Summit for the pulleys

I bought the March Surpintine pulley kit, not cheap, but a really nice and complete system, great instructions and easy to install.  :2thumbs:

Thanks for all your replies guys
Does anyone know if I need all the march brackets, or can I use my existing brackets.
Also length of belts required. Mancini have the pulleys, but no knowledge of belt length

I have alternator, waterpump and power steering pump to worry about.
