I accidently got some overspray of vinyl top glue remover on my black seat and now I have white spots on my cover. Is there any dyes i can use to put the black color over the spots?

Y.O. used to offer assorted vinyl spray colors for upholstery. I used some (sparingly) on the faded top of my rear seat cover. So far the dye is holding tough. I think Prep is the key.

I used SEM Color Coat (landau black) on my seats. Took hold great and seems to be holding up well. Just make sure to prep it exactly as instructed on their site.
