If you put the car rotisserie on wheels to move around I would seriously consider making it being able to go up and down.  By the time I get mine high enough to spin I am worried about it being toppeled over by a stuck wheel or something.  I always drop it down to the lowest position when moving it around. Just my two cents worth.

Here's mine.  Loosely based off 3d model pictures of a plan set that was on e-bay.

Features:
* Push pull handles for moving unit, both ends
* Jacks to lift vehicle up from wheeled condtion
* Match drilled arbor posts with hitch pins to ensure concentric arbors
* Arbors with spring loaded pin lock.  Pin retracts and locks behind angle for one man adjustment to hold body in angular position
* Adjustable CG device - threaded rod and bushed T-bar with machine washers.  Pneumatic wrench to raise/lower
* Swivel heavy duty caster wheels with brakes.  Bolt at base locks wheel angle in 1 of 4 positions
* Front and rear brackets accomodate valences

Was a fun project.

I made mine, but check Craigs list in your area. You would be surprised how inexpensive they are on the used market.

I think my father in law made his for under 200 bucks out of square tube stock and designed his own! It was adjustable and easily mobile and positional. I can ask him if he still has the design, but he probably did out of his head on the fly. Sold it with his project after he completed all the body work.
