360 wanted
« on: December 21, 2011 - 01:39:16 PM »
I'm looking for another 360 for my Duster. Could use a 727 too. I'd like to stay under 1000.00$  + freight.  I got one to try in the Cuda for 300$. Its been great! And it's not worth to me to use that. Anyone have something you'd be willing to sell? Thanx R/T

Well we do have a built up 360 costed 10,000$ have papers. A parts 360, performance headers and a 727 for 2500 + freight. I realize its above your wanting price, but its a hard to beat deal. If interested ill get you some pics and more info. We went with a Gen III SRT 8 hemi instead and these are heavy paper weights..

Here's one in Colorado, he might come down on the price a bit and you could pick up to save freight

Dang Brad that would be perfect. $$.  Yeah I saw that one with the goofy headers. And the rebuild. Both sound a tad sketchy. Guess it wouldn't hurt to call though.  Shhhh.... Wait till u see what I did to the Duster...  :smokin:
I was going to keep the /6 but the fuel pump lobe on the cam has a bad groove worn in. So now a 360 seems best. The six would have been cool too. My evil plan is all starting to come together   he he he

Robert,
I have a rebuildable 340 that I may sell. In Colorado too. I also have a rebuild able small block 727.

I have a builder 360. And some j heads. Hey thanx you guys! But I need a complete running engine/trans.    Something I can clean up.  I did find a nice 440 with trans. For 700$.   That might be too much motor though. I'm going to leave the /6 K for now and run the conversion mounts.  Hey Wes,Wutsup with that 340 you got? What year? Hm.

I have a 360/auto in a 74 chall rt parts car 78k.  Anti freeze was nice and green when I pulled the radiator. I never really tried starting it.  If you are close to N.Y. and want to take a look and see if it fits your needs.  price will be VERY reasonable.
