A Canadian Winter Poem

WINTER POEM


:canada:

It's winter in Canada
And the gentle breezes blow
Seventy miles an hour
At thirty-five below.
Oh, how I love Canada
When the snow's up to your butt
You take a breath of winter
And your nose gets frozen shut.
Yes, the weather here is wonderful
So I guess I'll hang around
I could never leave Canada 
I'm frozen to the ground!

Well maybe ,but I thawd long enough to move away & hopefully never see snow again , talk about opposites , last year I was packing to leave for Ft Mc on Boxing day & it was bitterly cold , this Denise wants to go for a swim in the ocean  :2thumbs:

Mostly true, but I wouldn't trade it for earthquakes, hurricanes and tornados.

neither would I so we moved to Panama , no hurricanes in the last 100 years because we are sheltered by the northern tip of South America & no earthquakes here either  :2thumbs:
