1970 challenger vin plate missing of dash

i bought a 1970 challenger vin number plate missing of dash and was wondering if that will effect on sale of the car there is vin numbers ojn the door and was wondering if i can do anything to replace it im in georgia thanks

You can get the feds to reissue a new vin number.
It will be attached to the door jamb as I understand.

No other way to do it unfortunately.

That will absolutely lower the value of the car.

I have passed on several cars just because their vin tag was missing.

Making a new one is a federal crime.  So, be cautious in how you handle the situation.
