Which is the Left and Right spring...another question added

I am installing a set a ESPO +1 springs and one is marked R and L which I would assume Left and Right, so which side is the Left and which is Right, is it orientated to me standing in front of the car or the rear of the car. I would assume it is from the driving position as if I am sitting in the car so the driver's side would be the left. I sorry for knob question

drivers side is left. Also on most stock springs, the most amount pf spring stacks is on the passenger side.  like 6 on left 7 on rt.  318 cars 5 on lft 6 on right

Ok I got the left and right figured out, now for the next stupid question.....I ordered a set of poly bushings for the springs, but the rubber bushings are all ready pressed in, is it worth the time and effort to swap the rubber out for the poly.....and if so what's the easiest way to get out the rubber bushings.

Depends on the usage , typically new rubber are fine , but the poly would be stiffer transfering more power to the chassis
