Virgin??? LMAO!!!  ;D Maybe heaps of people do go and ask and after a while they just get fed-up. If thats the case, put "NOT FOR SALE" signs on the car.  ::) I would have called him bloodnuts or something, or if he was bald reply to what he said with, "Like yourself?" LOL!!  ;

This is another car near me as well and I can shed a little more light on the story also. This particular car is still owned by the original owner. It is a 70 Challenger convertible 440 6 pack car red with black interior and a shaker car ta boot!! Now from what I have been told the owner was in law enforcement (dont know which) but he was involved in a shoot out and lost a leg becasue of it. being that the car was a 4 speed car (4.10 super trak pak) he could no longer drive it. To shorten this sad tale in the years to come his wife left him with one or two kids and the car sat and slowly deteriorated. Pretty soon thieves took to stealing the shaker bubble 6 pak set up and various other parts to the car. He is very harsh and nasty when you go to his door to inquire about the car and has even run several people off with a gun. Needless to say this car will be long gone when he passes and not even worth restoring. I am not sure he is even still living as the last I heard anything on this car was over 6 years ago.

I can try but I never personally tried to go to the door. I only know 2 people who have tried to talk to him but they too were run off. The driveline is still in the car but it has sat without the carbs and possibly the intake off it for sometime now and water had gotten into the motor. The tranny and dana are still underneath it too. Its truely a shame what has happened to the car. :'(

I know its an old thread... but here's how it all turned out.

Never did find out where the car was, didn't get it, and now, with its 100k price, I can't afford it. :pissed: :stomp: I CANT WIN! :newsad:
