I am doing a Provincial Inspection on my 1972 Barracuda and need to know what the origianal pad/lining thickness should be.
I have Drums on the back with an 8 3/4.
I have a new disk setup on the front.
Please let me know asap please.

call my buddy in NY,he owns his own clutch and brake shop.Ask for sam jr 1-585-232-3717.Sammy can tell you since the company was open i think in the 60s.They make clutches and brake shoes,they had a write up in HOT ROD MAG on the velvet touch chutch disk.

A good auto parts store usually has a spec guide that would tell you
that info. Or someone might be able to measure some new linings for you.
If I cant fix it, it's broke
