Hello everyone
« on: February 24, 2012 - 01:01:55 PM »
I walked up to my 71 challenger to find a business card of this site recommended by 67VERTMAN. It's great to meet others with the same passion for E body cars. I live in Victorville and can't wait for the spring fling and the Vegas Mopar show the week before. If anyone lives in the High Desert and wants to join the Ralley to one or both let me know. The 71 challenger has been in my family for over 30 years and it ain't going anywhere unless you give me 100,000 cash. LOL

"usraptr" = United States raptor - bird of prey = United States Bald Eagle.  FYI, somebody else thought of it first so I had to drop the "O" in raptor.

Well, my dad is the second owner it's original paint color was brown w/ vinyl top and brown interior 318 engine, 727 trans., a/c, and power steering. When my dad bought it the exterior was silver w/ vinyl top. After a few years he had it painted pastel yellow. He stopped driving it for about 6 years till I took it over in the mid 90. I drove it with grey primer till I had it painted orange since then I have added header dual exhaust, shift kit, 360 engine, Eddelbrock intake manifold and 4 barrel carb, HEI distributer, and a new radiator. Still have more to go though because it's my daily driver.
