    Don't buy anything from PENSTAR REPRODUCTIONS. When I ordered I was told everything was in stock and I should have them in 3 days.  I have been told on several occasions now that my parts have been sent out and I still have nothing. :stomp:It's been 3 weeks now.  I'm only two days away from these guys so obviously we can all figure out whats going on here.

    Oh by the way, They had no problems charging my credit card... :mad:

    Sh!t that sucks mate.  :madvibe: Hopefully it's just a minor problem and WILL get resolved.  ;)

    Do you have tracking numbers for your shipment? Get the tracking numbers off these guys.  :dontknow:

    NZ, One part showed up today. They gave me a tracking # when I last talked to them and It ended upbeing $10 of a $300. order. They say I show your order filled and all is out.   :mad:  This pisses me off. Out of all of the places I've ordered parts from this is the 1st time I've had problems.

    Torred, They are in PA and they make lots of trim and body parts.  www.penstar.bizland.com

    Man that really sucks M73340.  :gripe: :madvibe: How many times have you emailed them and have you REALLY let them know how annoyed you are and stuff? Let 'em know you belong to MoPar boards and will spread the word around about there unprofessional service etc.

    Ok,probably no connection but 7-8 years ago there was a company up here(Massachusetts) that went by Pentastar something that I ordered quarter panels from and never recieved them.Luckily I used my credit card and got reimbursed as the company went out of business after taking peoples money and not sending parts.Guy who owned it was in my local car club so he stayed low for while after that.Hopefully you`ll get your parts soon but definitly get some answers from them as to where your parts are or spread there name around for bad customer service.
