Coating Subframes
« on: April 03, 2012 - 11:52:11 AM »
Trying to get the last few spots on the car coated with Rust Bullet or POR. I'm asking if anyone ever tried to coat the inside of the frame rails? Is there some voodoo way of prepping them? Once they get coated it's off to the body shop. Would really like to have EVERYTHING coated.Reaching out for ideas. Thanks in advance. Scott

Eastwood sells a frame sealer that comes with a long flexible nozzle.
I used it and it seemed to work well.
If I cant fix it, it's broke

+1 on Eastwood's internal frame coating...I've used it on my daily & already plan to generously apply it to my Stealth once the weather remains nice. Just be sure to get enough of it 'cause it does get used up quickly.
