New Engine Wiring Harness - QUESTIONS - PLEASE HELP!!!

both of the blue wires are 12v feeds , no need to connect them together as they both come from the ign switch , either one can be plugged onto the ballast

I just replaced my engine harness today on my 73 challenger was a plug and play install with my mopar orange box ill post some pics in the msd thread I have I believe my coil wires were brown to positive and black with yellow stripe to the negative I can take pics of mine to compare to yours if you want where did you get your harness from?

I purchased my through year one and for the most part it is plug and play.  The only exception are the ignition wires that plug into the ballast.  If you are willing to post pictures that would be great!

Guys, post those pictures!  I will be wiring mine sometime this summer, and i have no clue yet what i will be up against.

I'll get some pics up when I get home if I got time right now I have my new harness just  laid out roughly and hooked up just to make sure it worked now I gotta remove it and do some splicing for my msd ignition box install

Hey guys,

I finally got a chance to install the new wiring harness.  Now, before I proceed I will remind you I know very little about electrical issues...I re-read this topic and you will see what I mean 

So I unplugged the old harness and started installing the new one.  Everything went in just fine with the exception of two areas.
1.  The ballast on the wall.  The wire colors on the old harness do not match the new and I ...well....you know....hate to admit it....but just dont know which side the blue wire attaches to versus the brown/blue twinned wire.   

2.  The distributor - Blue wire goes to negative or positive?   

Guys I appreciate your patience with me (a clueless electrical guy).
