Different springs / weights for stock Distributor?

  I'm using a stock Mopar electronic ignition system. My timing is 15 at idle and around 36 at the top. I was told that there may be springs that would get my to 20 or 25 at idle. I'd like to get the engine to run a little cleaner at idle and was hoping that this would help.

the springs change the speed that the advance comes in , heavier springs take more RPM to allow the advance , conversely lighter spring bring the advance in sooner .
 Newer dist built in the last 4-5 years have 2 torx set screws that can be loosened to alow a limiter plate to be adjusted for more or less curve . The older Dist have to be disassembled & the slots welded to shorten the travel .

 Possibly connecting the vacuum advance to a direct manifold port would help raise idle readings.
