I don't have much idea, but a lot of value will depend on condition. Has he given you any notions of what shape these parts are in?

Are you close enough to take a look?
Where are you going to store all this?
Any profit from sells will quickly get eaten up if you have to pay for storage.

Condition is going to be the biggest factor in determining value.  Also, the wiring harnesses and cluster being standard or Rallye will make a big difference.
The funniest thing about this particular signature is that by the time you realize it doesn't say anything it's to late to stop reading it.

It sounds pretty good to me, but if you could get it a little cheaper even better.

The 300+ NOS (new) Mopar parts in boxes can end up paying for everything depending on what they are.

WANTED 71 cuda / barracuda project. Prefer Black but open.

From looking at the list and the pictures, the only things I will be able to use are the following;
1 pair of sunvisors
1 seatbelt set
1 1970 header panel (from one of the pictures it looks as though it may be rough?)
1 pair of black rear interior panels

possibly some side markers or tail light bezels.  and that's about it... I really don't see a need for the rest of it. I do have a vacant rental house on a tract of land with a shop that I can keep it all in, but I'm thinking "Why bother"

Stuff you can sell easily for cash are the seat belt sets,gages if rallye,grills,radios,shop manuals, and more.Sheet metal and other items will depend totally on condition but I think there is money to be made there.

I agree on the NOS parts and few big money items. I would let him scrap most of the sheet metal. You cant give 69 RR doors away, and depending on where the lock is the years may vary. Seatbelts can bring big money if you have full clean sets. Sunvisors are not usually worth much, 69 deck lids are pretty common and so are cuda lower grille inserts.

Id beat him down a little so you dont break even.
