Got my new seat backs today

I ordered my new white seat backs a few weeks ago with a 20 % off code from Year One and just got them today.They look real good for repros and would look great in my `cuda.....if I had a black interior!  :mad: Cool thing is I already called and got a return # and my correct ones will ship 2 day air as soon as they come in(of course they are back ordered).As long as I get the correct ones before spring hits I`ll be happy.

Looks like a good news . . .bad news situation!! Hope it works out in the end and they arrive on time!! That would be SWEET!!

Well that's a bummer....get all excited about the new parts coming in...and doh!!! Wrong color.  That stinks.  At least Y1 will fix the problem.  Hope it doesn't take too long.

I already repackaged them for the UPS guy to pick them up but I`ll be sure to have pics when the correct ones get here.

That really sucks man.  I usually expect things like that to happen to me.  So far, with the Cuda though, I have been really lucky.  I hope the white seatbacks look as good as the black ones do (only white, LOL).

Torred, Sorry to hear you got the wrong parts and although you'll have to wait, Year One will take care of you.. I ordered white seat covers a few years back and got white door pannels for some other make of car. :dontknow: They said UPS would pick them up znd I called them several times but they never did. I still have them. I guess it's like everything else, it always takes twice as long as you think to get something done.

Ya,Year One has great customer service and if you can get the stuff 20% off like I did it doesn`t cost anymore than elsewhere.I might have been upset if I really needed them but since there is snow on the ground and it`s below freezing the `cuda ain`t going nowhere for a while!

I am sure that Year One will take care of you.  I have ordered many many times from them and they always took care of any problems.  There tech support is pretty good too.  Did you get the leather front seats?  I did, was the best purchase I have made yet.  Good luck!
