Very nice.  As everyone has already said, get the numbers matching block.  If you ever decide to sell the car, not having the original block could easily be a $10K+ mistake.  No matter what shipping costs you, it will be cheap by comparison.

Very nice car.

to save on shipping costs, just have him ship the block and main caps.  No crank, heads, etc.

I would put perhaps smaller, shorter tires in the front, larger, taller tires in the rear, and lower the front a tad to get a better rake.

I believe all you need to do is rearch the leaf springs and it should then sit perfectly.
