well got some work done got the new rocker on and inplace going finish up the rest of the door hinge area before i well it all in place feel like thats the best way to go let me know what you think

Looks you're moving right along! I would do the rear door pillar and quarter panel before the hinge pillar, then use the door to make sure everything lines up properly. I had to trial fit my doors several times to make everything work. I believe it would be ok to weld in the rocker in now.  :2cents:
